DAY 01: Arrival in Kathmandu

Depending on your arrival time, our representative will be at the airport to receive you and transfer you to your booked hotel.

Accomodation: Gokarna Resort.
DAY 02: Fly to Pokhara And Trek To Majgaon (1400m) – 1.5 Hrs Trek

Transfer to the domestic airport for your 25 minute flight to the destination of Pokhara, the second largest tourist city of Nepal. This flight offers spectacular views of the chains of Langtang, Manaslu and Annapurna.

We will be met by our trek guide and transferred to Lumle, our walk start point. This drive will take one hour. We will stop along the way to photograph the breathtaking panoramas of the Annapurnas. After some 45 minutes, we arrive at the village of Chandrakot situated at an altitude of 1580m. From this village, there are spectacular views of Annapurna South, the sacred and unclimbed Fishtail Mountain or Machhapuchhare as it is locally known. From Chandrakot, our walk takes us through a forested area along a well worn trail for a further 45 minutes to the Gurung/Mala Lodge which is situated at an altitude of 1400m.

After lunch, you will be escorted to the local village of Tanchowk , Majhgaun and Patlekhet ( 2 hrs for exploration ).

DAY 03: Trek To Landruk (1565m) – 4 Hrs Trek.

After breakfast, we greet farewell to Majgaon and head towards Ker & Downey's La Bee Lodge in Landruk. The trail passes through the Rhododendron forest and small Gurung villages in between. 3 – 4 hours of walk takes us to the beautiful village of Landruk. After having lunch in the lodge, your guide will organize a small visit to nearby Gurung village.

DAY 04: Trek To Gandruk (2012m) – 4 Hrs Trek.

As soon as we wake up, all we like doing is to enjoy the view of the majestic mountains. After the breakfast, we start out trekking by descending towards Modi Khola. The trail goes steeply down towards the river through scattered villages with beautiful views of the Himalayas then there is a steep ascent to reach Ghandruk. The lodge here in Ghandruk is built respecting the Gurung architecture. It has a large common dining room with a friendly fireplace & nice rooms having spectacular views of the mountains. From Ghandruk, you can have good views of Gangapurna, Machhapuchhre (Fishtail), Mount Annapurna and other snow-capped mountains. If time permits, visit the the local museum and the village.

DAY 05: Trek To Tadapani (2720m) – 3 Hrs Trek

We wake up this morning with tea and coffee served in the garden and watch the sunrise over Annapurna South, Annapurna 1, Hiunchuli, Gangapurna, and the Fishtail. After enjoying a relaxing breakfast and the glorious views from the Himalaya Lodge, trek to Tadapani through rhododendron forest.

DAY 06: Trek To Ghorepani (2800m) – 4 Hrs Trek

After breakfast, we leave the Lodge walking out through the Rhododendron forest. Trek time 5-6 hours. The Annapurna South (7273m) and the Hiunchuli gradually unfold on this pleasant walk uphill through fields and pastures and later through rhododendrons and oak woods. Ghorepani was originally a horse watering post, which has evolved into an important crossroads for tourists and the numerous mule caravans on the Jomoson-Pokhara trip.

DAY 07: Visit to Poonhill And Trek Down to Ulleri (1950m) - 5 Hrs Trek

This morning, we hike to Pooh Hill to watch sun rise across the spectacular Himalayan panorama. The views are literally breathtaking, stretching from Dhaulagiri to Manaslu in the east with the Annapurna range in between. After enjoying the views, we return to lodge for breakfast. After breakfast, we leave Ghorepani & trek to Ulleri.

DAY 08: Trek To Birethanti (1025m) - 3/4 Hrs Trek

From Ulleri, a Magar village at 1950m, it is a flight of steps down to Tikhedhunga where we stop for lunch. Then we go down alongside the Burungdi Khola. Birethanti is a nice village at the confluence of the Burungdi and the Modi Khola.

DAY 09: Drive To Pokhara (1000m) - 1 Hr Trek

After breakfast, we leave the Sanctuary Lodge walking out through the village of Birethanti continue along the Modi River until we reach New Bridge (about 45minutes). This is where we meet our vehicle. From New Bridge we will return to Pokhara by vehicle, a 1 ½ hour journey. Arriving in Pokhara, you check in at Temple Tree Resort & Spa where you can enjoy the chilled beer and also book for a spa or massage in the hotel.

DAY 10: Fly Back To Kathmandu

Fly back to Kathmandu.

DAY 11: Free Day In Kathmandu

You free day in Kathmandu. You can have a full day cultural tour in Kathmandu that we can arrange on request or just stay at the hotel and enjoy the heated swimming pool.

DAY 12: International Departure

Depending on your flight time, your airport check in is 3 hours prior to the departure time and the hotel checkout time is 12PM. In case your flight is late evening please let us know if you require half day use of the hotel. Our representative will meet you at the hotel and transfer you to the hotel.
