Upon arrival in Kathmandu, meeting & assistance at the airport by Kora’s representative and transfer to Hotel.

Morning: Half day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu Durbar Square + Swayambhunath.
Afternoon: Half day sightseeing tour of Patan Durbar Square
Kathmandu City: Also known as Kantipur, the capital of the Kingdom of Nepal. Here you will visit the temple of the Living Goddess, who acknowledges the greetings of the devotees from the balcony of her temple residence. The Durbar Square are with its array of temples overlooked by the Hanuman Dhoka Palace, the ancient place of the Nepalese Royalty.
Swayambhunath: located approximately 4 km/2.5 miles, Buddhist stupa this is said to be 2000 years old. The stupa which forms the main structure is composed of a solid hemisphere of brick and earth supporting a lofty conical spire capped by a pinnacle of copper gilt. Painted on the four sided base of the spire are the all seeing eyes of Buddha. This hill is a mosaic of small Chaityas and Pagoda temples.
Patan Durbar Square: 5 km/3 miles away from Kathmandu City. Patan also known as Lalitpur, is the city of fine arts, enclosed within 4 stupas said to be built in 3rd century AD, by Emperor Ashoka. You will see the Durbar square, the Patan Durbar which houses a bronze collection, the Krishna Temple built by King Siddhi Narsingh Malla.

Then drive Pokhara which takes 8 hrs under normal road condition

Then drive to the trek point which takes 1 hr under normal road condition
After breakfast, we transfer by road with guides & porters to our trek start point {1-hour}. Our walk will follow a ridgeline in the lower foothills of the Annapurna with surrounding views of the Pokhara Valley. This route then drops to the Modi River Valley, where Ker & Downey's Sanctuary Lodge is located at 3470 ft / 1060 meters. The lodge has magnificent views of the sacred and unclimbed Fishtail Mountain, or Machhapuchhre, as it is locally known Lunch is at the lodge followed by an optional walk to the nearby village of Birethanti. Or you may choose to spend the afternoon exploring the surrounding river valley (Trek time 3-4 hours)

Following a leisurely breakfast, we leave the Sanctuary lodge & trek to Ker & Downey's Gurung Lodge at 1450 meters. The lodge is built along the lines of a traditional Nepalese village. Every room has spectacular views of the surrounding valley and mountains. Trek time to the Lodge is just 2 hours. After lunch at the lodge, you will be escorted to the local village of Majhgaun .
There will be a talk at a local house, now made into a museum. The contents of the house illustrate how the local people live, together with the tools and implements of day to day traditional village life. There will also be a visit to the school and should there be more than 6 guests, the school children will visit the lodge and perform a number of local dances and songs typical of the region.

Then drive to Bandhipur which takes 4 hrs drive under normal road condition.
After early morning tea and coffee served on your verandah, you’ll have the opportunity to photograph the stunning scenery of the Annapurnas from several different locations around the Lodge. After breakfast we trek to the village of Chandrakot through forests with surrounding views of the valley and mountains. Chandrakot is at an altitude of 1580 m/ 5200 ft. After a further 30 minute walk we arrive at the village of Lumle, which is situated at 1620 m / 5300ft. This is where we meet our vehicle. From Lumle we will return to Pokhara, a journey of about 1-hour. Bandipur will be in time for lunch.

You will be woken with a cup of tea or coffee at your room. If the mountains are clear, you can sit on your private veranda and enjoy the spectacular ambience. After breakfast you will hike for about 3 hours to arrive at Ker and Downey Three Mountain Lodge that rewards your patience with the panoramic view of Dhaulagiri, Annapurna and Manaslu.

Then hike for 3 hrs to Seti River Camp
After breakfast, we leave the lodge and trek for three hours to the Seti River camp. Which is located on a riverbank overlooking the Seti river which is situated at an altitude of 270m or 886ft. The trail follows a ridge line before a one hour descent to the river. Lunch will be at the camp with the afternoon free to explore the riverbank or relax. Drinks are served around the fire followed by dinner in the central dining room.

Then raft to Gaighat
After breakfast we begin our rafting trip which will last around 2 ½ hours. Most of the river is a float with guide doing all the work with his back oars. There are four rapids which can be classed as between 2 and 2 plus. Each lasts no more than one minute. You will have plenty of time to enjoy the unspoilt riverbank with all its birdlife. Cameras can be stored in the boat drums so you can use these in the quieter stretches. On completion of the rafting, towels are provided for you to dry off and a changing tent is also provided. Upon arrival in Chitwan, transfer to Hotel.
