Fly to Gongar Airport (Lhasa) from Kathmandu, upon arrival meet with Tibetan guide and drive to Lhasa through the new tunnel (1 hr) and check into hotel.
Remaining of the day will be free for acclimatization.

In the morning after breakfast full day visit Potala Palace & Jokhang Temple, Barkhor Bazar

In the morning after breakfast drive uphill to Drepung and visit Drepung Monastery.
In the afternoon visit Sera Monastery.

In the early morning after breakfast scenic drive to Gyantse Via Yamdrok Tso visit Khamba la, Karo la.

– Overnight at Hotel.

In the morning after breakfast visit Phalkor Choide & Kumbum Monastery and in the afternoon drive to Xigatse Visit Tashilhumpu Monastery.

– Overnight at Hotel.

In the morning after breakfast continue scenic drive to Xegar crossing over Gyatchu la (5,220m), the highest pass en-route toLhasa, via Lhatse from where a road to MT KAILASH bifurcates to the west.

– Overnight at Hotel.

Early in the morning after breakfast drive to Zhangmu via Lalung la – from where one can enjoy, breathtaking panorama of beautiful Himalayan  ranges (weather permitting).

– Overnight at Hotel.

In the morning after breakfast drive to friendship bridge at Tibet/ Nepal border and after necessary border formalities in both side Immigration, meet with Nepali representative and drive to Kathmandu Hotel.
